We continuously encourage our customers to use our digital medium and conserve paper and other resources. Over 99% of our EMI collections happens through digital mode. We have further introduced ACE for digital customer onboarding. As part of our community intervention, we are supporting water conservation in Rajasthan. We are also aiding research and innovation in the construction sector for environmentally friendly material.
Under the PMAY-CLSS scheme of the Government to support the affordable segment, we have disbursed ~` 14,448 crore to 67,258 loan accounts till 31st March 2022.
We continue contributing towards the holistic development of the community. We have extended our support towards augmenting medical infrastructure across locations. We are actively engaged in refurbishing government school infrastructure besides providing livelihood generation support to women from economically weaker sections.
