Girish Kousgi is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He holds an executive master’s diploma in business administration from Indian Institute of Commerce and Trade. He has over 21 years of experience in the financial services sector. Previously, he was associated with Can Fin Homes Limited as managing director and chief executive officer, Tata Capital Financial Services Limited as head retail – credit & risk, IDFC Bank Limited as executive vice president and ICICI Bank Limited as joint general manager. He is also serving as a director on the board of our Subsidiaries, namely PHFL Home Loans and Services Limited and PEHEL Foundation. He was appointed on our Board with effect from October 21, 2022.

Vinay Gupta is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He joined our Company on October 26, 2022. He is responsible for overall finance, treasury and investor relations function in our Company. He has passed the examination for a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Previously, he was associated with SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited, GE Capital Services Limited and Price Waterhouse.

Amit Singh is the Chief People Officer of our Company. He joined our Company on December 1, 2021. He is responsible for managing people strategy of our Company by leading human resource, learning and development functions. He also leads CSR and administrative functions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut and a master’s degree in business administration from ICFAI Business School, the ICFAI University. Previously, he was associated with SBI Funds Management Private Limited.

Jatul Anand is the Chief Credit & Collections Officer of our Company. He joined our Company on June 19, 2013. He is responsible for credit underwriting and collections for retail business in our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Delhi and has completed a course from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2002. Previously, he was associated with ICICI Bank Limited and Standard Chartered Bank.

Ajay Kumar Mohanty is the Head – Internal Audit of our Company. He joined our Company on July 1, 2020. He is responsible for leading the internal audit function of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Utkal University and has completed a senior management programme from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1989. He has also completed a post qualification course in information systems audit from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a certified associate of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. Previously, he was associated with ICICI Home Finance Company Limited and ICICI Bank Limited.

Anujai Saxena is the Business Head - Affordable Business of our Company. He joined our Company on May 3, 2021. He is responsible for driving our Company’s business transformation journey. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur and a master’s degree in business administration (advertising and communication management) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. Previously, he was associated with ICICI Bank Limited and Pine Labs Private Limited.

Ms. Veena G Kamath is 53 years old. She holds degrees in Business Management (BBM) and Law (LLB). She is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 2008.

She had a long-standing association with Can Fin Homes Ltd., since October 1998. During her tenure, she was the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company (Key Managerial Personnel) and ensured compliances, drafted various policies, liaisoned with Regulators and worked towards strengthening the compliances. She also had headed various departments and had a wide exposure and experience in Legal, Board Secretariat, Taxation, etc. and gained expertise in Corporate Governance. She had risen the ranks over the years from an Officer to the Deputy General Manager in the organisation. Prior to that she was working in ICDS Limited, a Hire Purchase and Leasing Company (1995-1998). She also had practiced Civil Law in the Courts in Mysore (1992-1995).

Dilip Vaitheeswaran is the Chief Sales Officer - Retail of the of the company. He heads the prime and emerging markets businesses on the lending side and the deposits business for the firm. He also heads the business intelligence and analytics function for the firm. He has 15+ years of experience in the retail lending business across business strategy, product & portfolio management, sales & distribution, and P&L management functions. He joined our company in April 2023. He is responsible for growth, and profitability outcomes for the retail business of the company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Anna University, Chennai, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. Before joining us, he was associated with Axis Bank Limited.

Krishna Kant is the Chief Compliance Officer of the Company and has been associated with the organization since December 2023. He is seasoned professional in area of compliance and carries two and a half decades of experience in BFSI. At PNB Housing Finance, he is responsible for leading the regulatory compliance function, establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient. Prior to joining PNB Housing he was associated with Bandhan Bank and Canara Bank.

He holds an ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from University of Manchester, UK and has completed his Executive PGDM from International Management Institute, New Delhi. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, Mumbai.

Anshul Dalela is the Head – Customer Service and Operations of our Company. He joined our Company on November 11, 2016. He is responsible for branch operations and customer service in our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and a master’s degree in business administration from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Previously, he was associated with Genworth Financial Mortgage Guaranty India Private Limited and ICICI Bank Limited.

Anubhav Rajput is the Chief Information Officer of our Company. He joined our Company on April 12, 2022. He is responsible for handling information technology and digital initiatives in our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut and a post graduate diploma in information management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research. Previously, he was associated with Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company Limited and Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited (previously known as Max Bupa Health Insurance Limited).

Valli Sekar is the Chief Sales and Collection Officer – Affordable of our Company. She joined our Company on June 6, 2022. She is responsible for sales, business development and collections for affordable segment in our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University Tirunelveli. Previously, she was associated with Motilal Oswal Home Finance Limited.

Vikas Rana is the Head of Construction Finance Business. He joined our Company on June 18, 2024. He is responsible for building and managing a risk calibrated high return Construction & Realty Finance business. He has completed his B.Com. from NM College, Mumbai, ICWA from ICWAI, Kolkata and CFA from ICFAI, Hyderabad. He carries with him over 30+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Services sector including 13+ years in Construction & Realty Funding business at ICICI Bank Ltd. He has worked in past with ICICI Bank Ltd., IDBI Bank Ltd., VLS Finance Ltd. in various roles including Real Estate Funding, SME Lending, Capital Markets, Corporate Banking, Government Business and Investment Banking.

Bhavya Taneja is the National Head - Marketing. He joined our Company on July 15, 2019. With a career spanning over 16 years covering a broad spectrum within the marketing domain. He is responsible for defining the organization's strategic market positioning, overseeing brand management, managing public relations, and executing digital marketing strategies through the outbound contact center. He holds a certificate program in Digital Marketing & Strategy from IIM Indore, Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. In his previous stints, he was associated with IIFL Wealth & Asset Management, HSBC, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Kotak Life Insurance.

Neeraj Manchanda is the Chief Risk Officer of Company. He joined our Company on April 15, 2013. He is responsible for overall risk management in our Company. He has passed the examination for a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi and a post graduate diploma in business administration from Icfaian Business School. Previously, he was associated with Habitat Housing Finance Limited.
